Speaker Funding Request
This form is used to request college support for bringing a visiting scholar to campus or for hosting a local conference. It is also used to obtain permission to host a speaker on campus. If you are requesting permission only and do not need funding, you may leave the funding sections blank.
The College of Humanities provides funds to departments to support visiting scholars and local conferences. If speaker support funds are approved, you will work with your department office manager to pay related expenses and then submit a reimbursement request to the college. If conference support funds are approved, the college can either transfer funds to a conference account or reimburse an existing account.
